Mittlerweile kannst Du mit einem ausgebauten <strong>Dhoni<\/strong> einw\u00f6chige <b>Schiffsreisen <\/b>machen und dabei die <strong>Malediven abseits der Touristenpfade <\/strong>erleben. Deinen einheimischen, maledivischen Reiseleiter, auch als Chief Exprience Officer (CEO) bezeichnet, und Deine Mitreisenden aus verschiedenen L\u00e4ndern triffst Du in der Ankunftshalle des Flughafens. Der <strong>Flughafen<\/strong> befindet sich <strong>auf der Insel Hulhul\u00e9<\/strong>. Hier hast Du Gelegenheit, Dir eine lokale SIM-Karte, Insektenspray und Sonnenschutz zu kaufen. Vom nahegelegenen Bootsanleger erfolgt anschlie\u00dfend Euer Transfer mit dem Boot zu Eurem Dhoni.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4 fusion-text-no-margin\" style=\"--awb-margin-bottom:30px;\"><p>Um Dir im Falle einer Flugversp\u00e4tung unn\u00f6tigen Stress zu ersparen, <strong>empfiehlt<\/strong> <strong>es<\/strong> <strong>sich<\/strong> bereits <strong>einen Tag vor dem eigentlichen Ankunftstag anzureisen<\/strong>. So kannst Du die <strong>Hauptstadt Mal\u00e9<\/strong> erkunden, die <strong>auf<\/strong> der <strong>Insel Hulhumal\u00e9<\/strong> <strong>liegt<\/strong>. Abends sind wir durch Mal\u00e9 spaziert und haben in einem Einheimischen-Restaurant gegessen. Bei einem Begr\u00fc\u00dfungsgetr\u00e4nk lernst Du Deinen CEO und Deine Mitreisenden kennen. Au\u00dferdem bespricht Euer CEO mit Euch den Reiseablauf der kommenden sieben Tage. Deine Reiseroute wird vermutlich sehr \u00e4hnlich sein wie unsere, wetterbedingt oder aus anderen Gr\u00fcnden kann es jedoch zu Abweichungen kommen.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-6\"><p>Wir sind bereits am ersten Tag an mehreren <strong>bewohnten und unbewohnten tropischen Inseln<\/strong> vorbeigefahren und haben in der N\u00e4he einer <strong>abgelegenen Sandbank<\/strong> geankert. Dorthin sind wir mit dem <strong>Dhingi<\/strong>, wie <strong>die Beiboote hei\u00dfen<\/strong>, gefahren. Auf der Sandbank haben wir einige Zeit verbracht und sind anschlie\u00dfend zur\u00fcck zum Boot geschnorchelt. Dabei haben wir <strong>unz\u00e4hlige bunte Fische<\/strong> und Krebstiere gesehen. Selbstverst\u00e4ndlich kannst Du auch mit dem Dhingi zur\u00fcck zum Dhoni fahren. Beachte, dass Du nicht nur hier, sondern w\u00e4hrend der gesamten Dhoni-Kreuzfahrt gelegentlich durch seichtes Wasser waten wirst. Deswegen solltest Du eine wasserfeste Tasche bzw. Beutel mitnehmen, in der Du Deine wichtigsten Sachen z. B. Nach dem Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck legten wir ab und fuhren zu einem <strong>Schildkr\u00f6tenriff<\/strong>, wo wir einen <strong>Schnorchelausflug entlang des Riffs<\/strong> unternahmen. Dabei wurden wir von unserem CEO Suja und dem maledivischen Kapit\u00e4n unseres Dhonis Hussain begleitet. Wir ankerten ein St\u00fcck von der Insel entfernt und fuhren das letzte St\u00fcck dorthin mit dem Dhingi. W\u00e4hrend wir die Insel erkundeten, bereitete die Crew unseres Dhonis ein <strong>liebevoll dekoriertes Abendessen am Strand<\/strong> f\u00fcr uns vor. Damit \u00fcberraschten sie uns, als wir an den Strand zur\u00fcckkehrten. Bei der \u00dcberfahrt von unserem Dhoni mit dem Dhingi zur Insel Fulidhoo sahen wir mehrere <strong>Stachelrochen<\/strong>. Auf Fulidhoo erwartete uns eine <strong>Bodu Beru-Trommelvorstellung<\/strong>. Die Bodu Beru ist die traditionelle maledivische Trommel, die aus dem Stamm der Kokospalme gefertigt wird. Die Performance war eine Mischung aus Musik und Tanz. Wie auf allen Schnorchelausfl\u00fcgen auf unserer Dhoni-Kreuzfahrt wurden wir dabei von unserem CEO Suja und unserem Kapit\u00e4n Hussain begleitet. Anschlie\u00dfend setzten wir unsere <strong>Fahrt in Richtung<\/strong> <strong>der Insel Embudu<\/strong> fort. W\u00e4hrend der Fahrt hielt unsere Crew Ausschau nach <strong>Mantarochen<\/strong>, denen Du mit etwas Gl\u00fcck hier begegnen kannst. Und tats\u00e4chlich n\u00e4herte sich in der N\u00e4he der Insel Embudu eine <strong>Gruppe von Mantarochen<\/strong> unserem Dhoni. Wir hatten die Gelegenheit, eine ganz Zeitlang mit ihnen zu schwimmen und zu schnorcheln. F\u00fcr uns war dies der absolute H\u00f6hepunkt unserer Reise. Wir haben die Dhoni-Kreuzfahrt mit dem tradtionellen Dhoni gemacht. Unsere Gruppe bestand lediglich aus drei Teilnehmern inklusive meines Freundes und mir. Unser Mitreisender war ein drei\u00dfigj\u00e4hriger Schweizer, mit dem wir uns gut verstanden haben. Die <strong>Crew auf dem Premium-Dhoni<\/strong> besteht aus Deinem <strong>CEO<\/strong>, dem <strong>Kapit\u00e4n<\/strong>, einem <strong>Koch<\/strong> und <strong>drei weiteren Besatzungsmitgliedern<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Trotz unserer kleinen Gruppengr\u00f6\u00dfe bestand unsere Crew aus den f\u00fcnf Besatzungsmitgliedern, die wir auch gehabt h\u00e4tten, wenn unsere Tour mit acht Teilnehmern ausgebucht gewesen w\u00e4re. Unser CEO Suja war ein junger Malediver in den Zwanzigern. Auch unser Kapit\u00e4n Hussain kam von den Malediven. Beide haben uns auf all unseren Schnorchelausfl\u00fcgen begleitet. Sie sind mit unseren Kameras getaucht und haben Fotos f\u00fcr uns gemacht, wenn es etwas weiter unten etwas zu fotografieren gab, was wir beim Schnorcheln nicht aufnehmen konnten.<\/p>\n<p>Unser Koch Vijay stammte aus S\u00fcdindien und hat uns auf der gesamten Reise mit leckerem Essen und Getr\u00e4nken versorgt. Die beiden Matrosen Azeez und Asad kamen aus Bangladesh und waren immer f\u00fcr uns da. Wenn Du alleine reist, teilst Du Dir die Kabine mit einem gleichgeschlechtlichen Mitreisenden. Du kannst aber auch einen Aufpreis f\u00fcr die Einzelnutzung der Kabine bezahlen.<\/p>\n<p>Auf dem <strong>Hauptdeck<\/strong> gibt es <strong>im hinteren Bereich au\u00dfen<\/strong> einen <strong>\u00fcberdachten Essensbereich<\/strong>, wo wir immer gegessen haben. Im <strong>Innenbereich<\/strong> sind die <strong>Br\u00fccke des Kapit\u00e4ns<\/strong>, die <strong>K\u00fcche<\/strong> und ein <strong>kleiner Sitzbereich<\/strong>. Des Weiteren gibt es <strong>im vorderen Bereich des Hauptdecks<\/strong> einen <strong>\u00fcberdachten Sitzbereich<\/strong> mit einem Tisch, einer Liegefl\u00e4che und Klappliegen sowie ein <strong>nicht \u00fcberdachtes Sonnendeck<\/strong>. Au\u00dferdem kannst Du auf dem <strong>nicht \u00fcberdachten Oberdeck<\/strong> ein Sonnenbad nehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Dhoni verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber <strong>Schnorchelausr\u00fcstung f\u00fcr jeden Passagier<\/strong> sowie \u00fcber <strong>einfache Angelausr\u00fcstung<\/strong>. Du kannst nat\u00fcrlich auch Deine eigene Schnorchelausr\u00fcstung mitbringen. Mein Freund hatte seine eigene Schnorchelausr\u00fcstung dabei. Ich habe die Schnorchelausr\u00fcstung des Dhonis genutzt und war positiv \u00fcberrascht, wie gut sie war.<\/p>\n<p>Bitte beachte, dass es auf dem traditionellen Dhoni kein W-LAN gibt. Wenn Du w\u00e4hrend der Reise das Internet nutzen m\u00f6chtest, solltest Du Dir vor der Reise oder am Ankunftstag im Flughafen eine lokale SIM-Karte kaufen. Zudem bekamen wir zwischen Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck und Mittagessen frischen Saft und frisches Obst sowie nachmittags ebenfalls Kaffee und Tee sowie Kuchen oder Geb\u00e4ck. Lediglich alkoholische Getr\u00e4nke und Softdrinks kosten extra.<\/p>\n<p>Da Du einen Gro\u00dfteil der Kreuzfahrt auf dem Wasser bist, gibt es mittags und abends <strong>h\u00e4ufig Fischgerichte<\/strong>. Der <strong>Fisch wird von der Crew selbst geangelt<\/strong>. <strong>Wenn Du Vegetarier oder Veganer bist<\/strong>, <strong>keinen Fisch magst<\/strong> oder <strong>Allergien hast<\/strong>, <strong>solltest Du dies<\/strong> unbedingt <strong>bei Reisebuchung angeben<\/strong>. Das wird auf der Reise ber\u00fccksichtigt.<\/p>\n<p>Zu Beginn der Dhoni-Kreuzfahrt bekamen wir eine Trinkflasche geschenkt. Diese konnten wir am <strong>Trinkwasserspender im Innenbereich<\/strong> auf dem Hauptdeck jederzeit nachf\u00fcllen.
